Pack Your Shoes and Get to Steppin’ the Right Way

Posted on July 20th, 2010 by Shaun Pryce

There are a few things that you can do when you are packing your shoes to make the process a lot easier and smoother. First, you want to be sure that you plan out your packing scheme and decide what really needs to go, aside from what you need to throw away. Don’t stuff your bags and suitcase with clunky shoe boxes full of other items then throw your shoes on top. Clutter is a no, no!

To insure the safety and well-being of your shoes, it would be in your best interest to stuff your shoes with newspaper to hold up the shape of the shoe. If you have smaller shoes, or sandals, you can use those to stuff the top of your boots to keep them from bending and getting messed up. And finally once everything is packed to your desire, nestle your shoes down into your clothing for further protection. This will keep your shoes safe and you happy!

Following these pointers will lead you to the protection of your shoes. The most durable shoes are the shoes you take care of. Moving will be so much easier if you pack your shoes correctly, so just follow these tips for guidance.
