How to Organize Your New Garage While Eating an Apple

Clutter is a pain in the back that can’t be rubbed out. It takes a plan to get rid of it. And you would just hate to bring clutter to your new home when you move… so don’t! When you get to your new home, one of the main things you must focus on is organizing your garage. This may seem like an impossible task at first, but rest assured many have accomplished an organized garage and you can do the same while eating an apple!

First thing you want to do is sort out the boxes of items that are going in the garage from the rest of the household items. Now peel your apple. If you have excess belongings that have no use to you or that unfortunately were broken during the relocation process, you can discard them or have a garage sale. Once you have all of the garage items together, you can separate the group into smaller sub groups. For instance, put “auto care items” in one section and then “sporting items” in another area. This will make everything easier to locate when need be. Now you can go ahead and take a bite out of the apple.

To further organize your garage you will want to put up shelves and maybe even cabinets that you can use to store items in. But before your stack up your items on the shelves or shove them into the cabinets, you should take time to neatly pack the smaller objects in plastic bins that can be stacked. For more dangerous items or valuable objects, you may want to find bins that can be locked and secured for safety purposes. Now you can take another bite of the apple… yum!

Other garden tools such as shovels and rakes are often stuck in the corner to stand up. Many times they are found to tumble and fall onto cars and that just causes a mess. We don’t want that. What you can do is hang up all of these tools on the walls using brackets or even a couple nails and then bite your apple. You can also do this for your ladder and bicycle! This all should buy you more than enough space. Now that you’re all organized, feel free to finish that apple!
